At Bella Gatti US Shop, our products are made to order with care. Each order is produced, inspected for quality, securely packaged, and prepared for shipment.

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping when estimating when your order will arrive.

Estimated Delivery Time

Your estimated delivery time consists of:

Production Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time

  • Production time: 2–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 6–10 business days

  • Estimated total delivery time: approximately 8–13 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days do not include weekends or applicable holidays.

Production Time

Production time is the time required to create and prepare your order for shipment. This includes:

  • Producing your made-to-order item

  • Quality checking the product

  • Packaging your order securely

  • Preparing the package for shipment

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 6–10 business days within the United States.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on factors such as the items in your order, package size and weight, delivery destination, and any applicable promotions or special offers.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Cut-Off Dates & Holiday Shipping

If you are ordering an item for a specific occasion or holiday, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible.

During periods of high demand, such as:

  • Valentine’s Day

  • Mother’s Day

  • Father’s Day

  • Halloween

  • Christmas

  • Other major holidays and promotional periods

production and shipping may take longer than the standard estimated timeframes due to increased order volumes.

When applicable, we may publish recommended order cut-off dates on our website to help customers plan their purchases.

Orders placed after a published cut-off date may not arrive in time for the intended holiday or occasion. While we will make every reasonable effort to process and ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless an explicit delivery guarantee is provided.
